General scheme and agenda for the workshop:

Each
morning there will be 3 talks, 45 minutes each, with 15 minutes for discussion,
with an extended mid-morning break.

afternoon starting at

Each
afternoon from 3-5 there will be “chalk-talks” on current issues, with several
participants. Each talk will be limited to 15 minutes, and should focus on
what’s happening NOW in each person’s lab, with as little already-published
background as is feasible. Most of these sessions should be interactive Q&A
and discussion with the post-docs and other participants.

Each late
afternoon from 5-6 there will be a session on “future directions”
