General scheme and agenda for the workshop:

·        Each morning there will be 3 talks, 45 minutes each, with 15 minutes for discussion, with an extended mid-morning break.

·        Each afternoon starting at 2:00 there will be one 45 min. talk, followed by a 15 min. discussion break.

·        Each afternoon from 3-5 there will be “chalk-talks” on current issues, with several participants. Each talk will be limited to 15 minutes, and should focus on what’s happening NOW in each person’s lab, with as little already-published background as is feasible. Most of these sessions should be interactive Q&A and discussion with the post-docs and other participants.

·        Each late afternoon from 5-6 there will be a session on “future directions”
