Scientific Committees
There are several scientific advisory committees
providing guidance to the MBI. Internally, the Local
Scientific Advisory Committee helps identify current topics
workshops, future emphasis programs and organizers, and potential
mentors for postdoctoral fellows. The Emphasis
Year Scientific Advisory Committee prepares a detailed proposal for the Scientific Advisory Committee and reviews the proposal by the organizing committee and offers suggestions. The local advisory committee offers additional suggestions for
programs.
MBIs Corporate
Members are also members of the Industrial
Advisory Committee, whose goal is to propose and review new
programs.
Emphasis Program Committees provide hands-on development
of the program content and material as well as leadership and management
during the program itself.
