Webinar: How to Write a Modelling Paper
Robert Smith?
Department of Mathematics and Faculty of Medicine, The University of Ottawa
Publications are the currency of academia. And yet many people in the sciences, and especially mathematics, are never actually taught how to write. This webinar will go through the detailed process of all the stages, from first drafts to revision to responding to reviewers, illustrating with multiple versions of a worked example. Participants will also be given access to all versions. The presenter is an award-winning author of 17 books on both math and pop-culture, as well as approximately 100 academic articles.
